This vintage cardigan, with its characteristic long, skinny shape, Biba stripe, and natural mother of pearl buttons, looks surprisingly up to date.
Made from a mix of (mainly) wool, with angora and a dash of nylon, the cardigan is in great condition, seeing as it dates from the early 1970s. However, we spotted a couple of small moth holes, and one curiously characterful darned hole, as shown, and reflected this in the price. The Biba label is also fairly worn.
Size: This item fits our UK size 8 mannequin, but would also suit a size 6.
Composition and Care: Wool, angora and nylon. Hand wash only in cool water.
Condition: Good condition, couple of small moth holes, and one darned hole.
