Straight from the swinging sixties, this curiously cool, vintage original trouser suit is a perfect example of flower power hippy chic. Consisting of a pair of flared trousers worn under a top with open lace overskirt attached, the ensemble is in excellent vintage condition.
Flower motif lace is lined with pale pink acetate in the trousers and on the bodice of the top, whilst the sleeves and open skirt are made of unlined lace. The edges of the lace are scalloped at the sleeves and the trouser bottoms. The top and trousers are fastened with a metal zip and hook and eye.
Size: There are no labels but this outfit would suit a UK size 8-10. The trouser waist measures 28 inches, and the length is 40.5 inches/103 cm from waist to floor. The top is 57.5/146 cm inches long.
